Terry: Players Not For Villas-Boas Fired

As the season progresses more and more disputes are often seen after Frank Lampard reserved. Long story short Villas-Boas eventually lost his job two weeks ago for not being able to bring Chelsea achievement.

Terry is one of the senior players and also the captain denied that. He said his teammates are doing their best to bring Chelsea look good even though ultimately it did not happen.

"In all the clubs, when the player is not playing, there is always misunderstanding and people will be disappointed not to play," said Terry on Sky Sports.

"I think because it's in Chelsea, people will think it's because the senior players who have a strong influence and I can assure you, is not such a problem and it never happened for me at this club," he continued.

"All the players care about the owner of Chelsea as well. Andre is very good - unfortunately we can not get good results."

Terry further said that if the poor results obtained his team is the responsibility of all players. If finally AVB should be fired, 31-year football player can only pray that good for his former boss's.

"Collectively it was not her fault, though unfortunately it's his responsibility. I think players and managers bear the mistakes together."

"We all wish the best for him, he's got a great future. He also was very young. This could be a learning for him and also my own. My relationship with him is fine," he concluded.
